We specialize in bringing the best quality craft blanks to you at the best prices possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 - 48 hours (Not including weekends). Delivery and dispatch times may change during busy periods.

Please note if you pay for first class delivery this will be a next day service from dispatch not from when you place your order.

Refund Policy

As a B2B store,

  • We do not accept returns unless your items are damaged or faulty. We do not accept refund requests, cancellation of order requests or returns.
     

  • We cannot provide a return or refund for damaged/faulty products if they have been worn, printed or processed. No credit or refunds will be made for decoration costs or time. 

  • To start a return, please contact Blanksruswholesale@outlook.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label (if the item is damaged). We will then notify you once we have received and checked your return. Once we have received the faulty item back we will then send a replacement item out or a refund will be officered. Refunds will be issued on your original payment method. Please note it can take a few days for the refund to appear back to you.

Damages and Issues

All issues with an order must be reported to us within 3 DAYS of receiving your order.  Please inspect your full order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently as possible. Once you have reported any damages to us, and we have shipped your replacement items, we will not be held responsible for any further damages that haven't been reported in the first instance , as the order should be checked in full once you have received your order. In order for us to rectify any problems, we will request that you send pictures / order number in the first instance and may request for these to be returned. If there is multiple damages of the same item we will need to see one picture with all damaged items in. 

If the wrong item has been sent, the correct item will only be sent out once we have the original item back in its original condition. Either a collection will be arranged or a postage label will be Emailed to you to return any wrong items.  Any issues out of the timeframe cannot be resolved.
